Hazel Stitch & Co. currently ships within the United States and Canada.
We carefully package and ship each order from our studio to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully.
Processing Time
Because our pieces are made and prepared in small batches, please allow 2โ5 business days for order processing before shipment.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
U.S. Shipping
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS with tracking included.
Delivery time typically ranges from 3โ7 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Canada Shipping
Canadian orders are shipped via USPS and transferred to Canada Post for final delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 7โ21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada)
International customers (including Canada) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Hazel Stitch & Co. does not collect or control these fees.
Address Accuracy

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is managed by the carrier.
