🧺 Processing & Shipping
What is your processing time?
Because our pieces are made and prepared in small batches, please allow 2–5 business days for order processing before shipment.
You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States and Canada. For our other international customers, we're happy to explore select requests. Email us at hello@hazelstitchandco.com, and we'll check what's possible.
How long does shipping take?
U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after shipment.
Canada: 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on customs processing.
Will I have to pay custom fees?
Canadian customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our prices.
What carrier do you use?
We ship via USPS. Canadian orders are delivered through Canada Post after customs processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free U.S. shipping on orders $75+.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?
At this time, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the small-batch and handmade nature of our products. Each item is prepared with care, and inventory is limited — thank you for understanding!
